Tim Hortons - Steinbach

The service was terrible, the people had to go because nobody served in the line. the manager wasn't friendly at all. a kerl had to keep himself and he asked for help, but no one moved to help him. very disappointing service

Quite frustrating that 95% of the time, they do not have the donuts, muffins or cinnamon I try to order through the app! I can't even remember that I got everything I wanted without being replaced or refunded! this place was formerly the preferred near me, but I think it's time to try another location again!

Are they always from donuts? I thought a place selling donuts should always have donuts? 21 degrees outside and 15 degrees in restaurant

I went through the drive and tried to order a chicken dish. I was informed that they didn't have a huh. So instead I ordered a sandwich. despite the person who confirmed my order, had no mayo, they gave it up anyway. When I went to my sandwich and got a refund, I was not offered an excuse or something. the workers on this evening have not taken care of their work or the equipment they work for.

So wen I try order lady is nice take two drink orders but that wasn't all! I wanted more. suddenly lady shut up and man say hello can I help you?I wanted to not have the man do my order cause we have to start over all again..I think her stole off her head phones...my friend order tractor tires..every self respecting Tim's Horton's operator know s Wat that is says my friend but no he doesn't know..I didn't know either so I didn't be able to communicate well when first I ordered 6 Boston cream they say no..then I change it to chocolate dipped ones..guess what we get..not 6 or chocolate dipped..but 5 Boston creams ...I confused with that way they handle it ...but Wat was mildly ironic is I pay leave to home..get to church and my phone say no money got given..sorry timi
