Most of their meat toppings are gluten free, along with all the vegetables and many of the sauces. The staff are willing to use fresh ingredients from the back fridges if requested, and they change their gloves and wash their hands to prevent cross contamination. While they generally seem good at ensuring food safety, it can vary depending on the employee. It is important to clearly communicate any allergies you may have. I personally would not feel comfortable ordering over the phone, but watching them prepare the food in person has worked well for me.

Food and service quality is always very good. unfortunately I find the service speed somewhat slow. I was there during peak times and peak times, and it always seems a bit slower than I experienced in other subway stores. but again quality of eating is always good and the staff are always friendly and ready to chat
The food was well and quickly prepared. poor girl worked alone and teens were in the apartment.
Ordered online so I could pick it up on my lunch break, and came 5 minutes after it should be ready (prepare 20 minutes to make 2 sandwiches). When I arrived, they hadn't done it, so I waited 5 minutes, and at this point they tried to call me to tangle their toaster was broken - what I understand, I have fast eating before and that happened. but they only tried to call me after my order was planned to be ready while I was in charge of what I did not appreciate. I knew they were in a hurry, so I didn't want to say anything, but they didn't read my special instructions, as I had 2 accusations and they only the 1st they also continued to use the wrong sauce as I stood there. they also gave no acknowledgement so that I had to write this review publicly. I never like to publish public reviews if the place does not offer a good service, but I wish I would be better shown here. the cashier apologised, I assume for the delay I have estimated. the products, the brot and the cookies were at least fresh, but their online order training needs improvement.
