Pizza Hut Steinbach

The take-out service was normal; ok, but these were the worst pizzas I've ever had. super thin, cheese texture was like gum, maybe 6 pieces pine some piece ham; a cheese pizza. so was the second that was accepted to be a kind of special as seen in the picture. the $5 frozen pizzas from food stores taste much better than that. we will never go back.

We order 5 large pizza and 9 dipping sauce from this location. They didn’t give us any dipping sauce and plates. When we asked about cold drinks- employee said “ you should not buy drinks from here because it’s costly here”. Like seriously?? Pizza was worst in taste. My friend went back there to get money back for dipping sauces which they never gave. When my friend told them pizza wasn’t good. Employee replied that “oh I know”. Like literally if you don’t like your job you should stay home instead of ruining someone’s dinner.

We used to go to Pizza Hut quite a bit to eat in. For some reason the dine-in is closed only pick up or delivery which is not very smart. The current owners are letting the outside of the building dilapidate so it looks quite unpleasant. Needs some attention from the owner and open up the dining room for heaven sake

Delivery was half an hour late, because of traffic? On a Sunday evening? In Steinbach? Is you're going to lie, make it believable. Also might've been dodging my calls

This is by far the worst experience and the worst product I've ever had in my life. The pizza was burnt, the service was a joke, nobody really knew what they were doing, the floor looked (and felt) like it hadn't been mopped in three years, and to top it off, the payment machine dared ask for a tip!
