Booster Juice - Steinbach

Terrible customer service and if you want to keep customers don't slide the smoothies off the counter and then not replace it and tell me to pay for a new one.

This store does not accept doctors medical exemptions.I was told to GET OUT because i refused to put a mask on.The next time i went in the owner told me that she had put my picture up for all the employees to see and they were told not to serve me i have never been treated like a criminal like this in my lifetime and the owner talked down to me and wouldnt let me expain my reasons for not being able to wear a mask she was so rude and we were regular customers here but we are done with this business as she said if i wanted to come back i had to wear a mask and apologize to her staff.WOW UNBELIEVEABLE?

Love this place! Plus the booster juices are delicious!! If you're busy on the go and hungry but not in the mood for fast food, booster juices are tastie, healthy, and fill you up. Plus if your not sure what to order, the staff working there are always very helpful.

Each time I have been to this location they always make to much and have to dump the extra down the drain once the cup is filled. If im going to pay $9 for a smoothie with extra protein I want all the protein in my cup. All the shakes can be found online and made at home for much less so that's what I do now.

Not family-friendly. I've been an expert. when my child urgently needed a toilet room (after they arrived on the autobahn) they recommended me to buy a drink before I could use the toilet room. I explained I just bought a drink in the week before that they reacted to oh well. they explained that they could not be the toilet for all on the place and try elsewhere. as an inconsistency for the use of a toilet room, steinbach booster juice, has indetermined me.
