Gyros Express 2 - Steger

I have tried calling this restaurant multiple times to place an order, but they are never open during their regular business hours. The service for takeout lunch was average, with a meal costing between $1-10 per person. The food was good, but the service and atmosphere both fell short with a rating of 2 and 1, respectively.

I just ordered 2 gyro burgers w/cheese fries online. I got to the store with my mouth all set for this food, only to be told by the girl behind the counter that they don 't own the website anymore ; so basically, I paid for something I didn 't get. This is outrageous!! Here 's a thought: TAKE THE WEBSITE DOWN!! People are paying for food that they aren 't getting. Badly done, Gyros Express, badly done. Meal type: Dinner

This restaurant is terrible. The food is reheated and of poor quality, and the customer service is subpar. I even had to report them to the health department. I was so frustrated that I couldn't even stay. Grr.

My husband brought home a menu, so we thought we would try out this restaurant and ordered dinner for our family on Saturday. Unfortunately, it was a huge mistake! The customer service was lacking and all the food we ordered was dry. The burger, burrito, chicken wings, tacos, gyro, and fries were all terrible. We will not be ordering from them again.
