Watched my beer sit on the counter for 30 mins before some one brought it to the table. My party never recieved any refills and we saw our server twice the entire evening. Once to take the order, and again to drop off the check. There's alot of potential here, but the staff really needs better training. Giving a 3 star instead of 1 because the women bringing the food was great. The bar and servers are the issue here.

Took my parents here for my mom's birthday and we had a great time. They have the best parmesan fries ever! We really enjoyed the pretzels bites appetizer as well. Will definitely come back here

I was highly impressed by this restaurant! Our group of four tried all the dishes, and everything was absolutely delicious. Wow!

The nachos were amazing! However, the wait was nearly two hours. Despite that, the food and service were excellent. I recently updated my review and decided to add that fifth star because they took the time to respond to my comments. I realized I shouldn't have deducted points for the long wait, especially since Valley View Casino is always bustling with people. They provided a buzzer that let us know when our table was ready, so we could relax in our room while we waited. Overall, it’s a fantastic restaurant with delicious food, and we’ll definitely be returning!

The New York Deep Dish Pizza was exceptional. I can't recall the last time I had such delicious pizza. It was superb! The food was excellent, and the service was top-notch.
