Great customer service. Staff was friendly and attentive. Food was yummy. Decent food portions. Brussel sprouts were my favorite. Overall cleanliness and/or presentation of restaurant was excellent.

Poor service I have every experienced. Waited over 1 hr to be seated even though I had an reservation and the dinning room was empty. The owners should be very proud of their management losing customers left and right. I counted 11 empty tables! Thanks but no thanks til never again. I will be taking my money and business else where. Bye.

I went here with family the first week of the new year to celebrate. I had been to Harrah's resort many times to dine but I had never been to the steakhouse. We had a group of eight and they sat us in our own private dining room. We didn't request it but it was available and it fit our party size. It was nice to be away from the crowd and noise from the dining room. We enjoyed the crab cakes and surf and turf tempura starters. They provided a variety of fresh bread at no charge. Some places have started charging for bread! Most of our group ordered steaks two people ordered the seasonal crusted ahi. The steaks were good quality and cooked perfectly. The baked potato and vegetable sides were also very good. They brought us lots of extra fixings for the baked potatoes. Butter, sour cream, chives and bacon bits! The ahi dish was reported to be very good as well. For dessert some shared the New York cheesecake and creme brulee. Both were good. The service here was excellent. Daniel and another woman were very attentive and provided us with everything we needed. I will go back when I have an opportunity.

Best tender steak I have ever tasted! way better than Houstons! The customer service was top notch. The hostess and the waitresses were so attentive, we have such a good experience with them. Definitely will go back! Thank you all
