Insomnia Cookies - Statesboro

I ordered a deluxe peanut butter cookie, which was delicious—until I bit into it and discovered what appeared to be a fish bone in my mouth. I reached out to Insomnia's customer service via email and phone to address the issue. They offered some complimentary cookies and apologized, assuring me they would investigate the matter. However, I declined their offer of free cookies. In my opinion, free cookies can’t compensate for the risk of choking on a sharp object found in a cookie I just bit into. I've included pictures of the cookie and the sharp object for you to judge for yourself. Ultimately, I won’t be returning.

First off... THESE COOKIES ARE AMAZING!!! No exaggeration! And the plus to these cookies are that they are deliverable until 3AM with a minimum purchase of $6 (which I just found out which is why I finally decided to try them) Not gonna lie, they are a bit pricey but they are totally worth every penny... I ordered a box of 6 and tried different flavors. My favorites are the Double Chocolate Chunk and the Snickerdoodle- they are sooooo delicious.

The cookies here are incredible! I enjoyed mine warm and fresh out of the oven. The salted caramel flavor is my absolute favorite!

There was a bit of a wait, but let me tell you—those are some of the best cookies I’ve ever had! You definitely won’t be disappointed; they were absolutely worth the wait!
