The staff was amazing! Super friendly, and helpful, I went back up to ask for ranch and the girl who helped me had a smile on her face as well as the gentleman in the front counter. Thanks this was around 3:17pm

Stopped in for ice cream. The sundaes were DELICIOUS but the air conditioning must not have been working because it was HOT in there.

Doesn't deserve even 1 star. Went thru drive thru for a couple milkshakes, by the time we got to the window, the milkshakes were melted. We later went back a couple weeks later, which was lastnight, we went thru drive thru by the time we got to window,our hot fudge sundaes were melted. I have no idea why they make an ice cream sundae or a milkshake, knowing it's gonna sitwaiting on customer that has 5 cars ahead of it. I will not go back to this one. You make ice cream sundaes milkshakes whenthey get to window, not before. Nobody likes melted ice cream like that. They need to train their workers better than that. Igot time, I'm in no hurry.

The customer service was poor. I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich but what I received was tenders on a bun instead. I didn't get what I paid for but this seems to be the norm for fast food restaurants. Do better!!!
