Waitress was so nice and apologized multiple time for the service we received. My husbands burger had to be sent back twice my chicken tenders had to be sent back once. The MANAGER had to come out to let down the wind blockers after we asked for 30mins) and when my mother in-law was telling her thank you she out right ignored her and walked right past her. Not including they tried to not take off the food we sent back and tried to up-charge us. The manager refused to come out to fix any of the issues and made the poor waitress do everything she should have done.
Such an outstanding experience from chilis compared to 5 years ago when I was last a patron. The triple dipper was everything we hoped. The cocktails were reasonable and effective. Where did they get the staff!!? Awesome personalities and tentative work ethic made a jam up restaurant experience. They have a porch too!! Thanks y’all. ?️ ?️ ?️?️?️
FOOD POISONING VICTIM …… my husband and I went to this location for Valentine’s Day because everywhere else was packed and we left there with food poisoning. Both of us missed the whole day at work $800 in medical bills for the ER visit and we spent $115 at this location We were ridiculously sick. I have called the health department and I’ve done everything I can do, but I will not be returning here ever.
Restaurant was cold . Ribs were terrible. No fall-off the bone here. The bartender Sierra was Awsome.
