Chili's Grill - Statesboro

Food was hot and well prepared. Service was slower than expected, didn't seem to be a sense of urgency amongst any of the servers I observed. Hostess that seated me was not very friendly or welcoming at all. I withheld my review until second visit,this was my exact experience the 1st time I came here. Not a Chili's experience at all, substandard for sure.

The service here was excellent. Brendon the Bartender is so friendly, attentive and helpful. He offered cool suggestions to make my drinks interesting, kept our glasses full and engaged in pleasant conversation while tending to us and making drinks for thedining room. Sierra, who was our server for dinner was also a delight. She was prompt, very pleasant and took our orders and gotus served in a timely fashion. The restaurant was clean and gave us a very enjoyable evening. The food was good, though theservice was exceptional.

The service was excellent. I was not sure what to expect due to Georgia Southern just had it's graduation and people were hungry. My son suggested this place, my family and I were not disappointed. We had burgers and fries. They were delicious. Sorry no photos.

I had a really awful experience the last time I visited this location a month ago. This time was much better. The waitress (Alexis B) had quite a few tables, but was still very attentive. The only issue I had was with the excessive amount of salt that was used on the chips and my broccoli. Everything else was great.

The service was exceptional throughout our visit! Our server was very attentive, and the food was not only fresh but also beautifully presented on our plates.
