The expected delivery time was by 9 PM at the latest, but that kept getting stuck on "preparing." I even sent a request for an update to see if they were still making my order, but I never received a response. By the time I decided to call the restaurant, they were already closed, so no one answered. Because of all this confusion, I didn’t even realize when the food actually arrived—I was completely out of the loop. I really hope I don’t have another experience like this if I decide to order from them again.

I had a frustrating experience with the order process at this restaurant. The woman taking the order struggled to understand basic instructions, and we had to repeat our credit card number about six times. Despite clearly stating what we wanted, she still managed to get our order wrong multiple times. I even called back, and she assured me that she had everything correct and repeated the order, but unfortunately, she didn’t follow through. Not only did she mix up the chicken order, but she also forgot to include the broccoli bites. If you decide to order from this place, be sure to double-check that they've sent everything as it should be. The customer service was quite poor; I ordered mild wings, and they sent spicy instead.

I would have given this restaurant a 5-star rating if it weren't for a strange phone call I received 90 minutes after placing my order. The food was fantastic; the wings were absolutely incredible, and the cheeseburger and fries were just as delicious. I had no complaints about the food whatsoever. However, I was taken aback when the manager called to ask if I had paid, claiming that the driver was missing the payment. I was shocked and nearly at a loss for words, as I had not only paid for my order but also left a $4 tip. In all my 30+ years of ordering food, I have never experienced anything like this. After I informed the manager that I had already paid, he didn’t dispute my statement and simply said “okay” and hung up. I’m left wondering if the driver lost the money and tried to make up a story. It was just an odd experience overall.

Incredible rude restaurant. 45 minutes before closing ordered and they let me wait 40 minutes for the command when I said it would be delivered in 30 minutes. then I realized it was closed and they did not come. they didn't even have the reason to let me know the order was canceled. unbelievably rude and unprofessional

Been ordering here for months and the wings are so good! In my opinion I prefer this over any other wing stop. The wings are juicy and full of flavor. It’s also very convenient for me. The service is good as well! I definitely recommend this place!
