White Castle - Staten Island

Eating is as good as usual as long as the author deserves attention. Unfortunately, this time I have to get out 40 pickles in search. instead of not listening to a pickle, he doesn't do a whistle. I come into the window and let him know, and he just says okay and doesn't even mention that he has abandoned my order and that my children have to pick up pickles on their long trip back to dc. I just don't understand, but everyone wants to get paid more and we can't do the basics like that. the place is great, but as everywhere they go their experience, is reflected directly in the ability of the employee to focus on details.

Do they explain to me why it takes 30 minutes to drive thru? will the cows be slaughtered to make the hamburgers? absolutely terrible! en route

Visit from hawaii and I must say the slider were amazing. we only have frozen white burg in hawaii, which in comparison suck. fresh in this restaurant. was in the silence, so went in. the staff was friendly enough, the sitting area very pleasant, and even the bathroom rooms were open and clean without keys required! Previously it went back to the day that risked her to live. glad staten island now has one. visit this white castle at my quarterly visit here forward.

This is the second time I went there this year .I got sick after the first visit thought nothing of it.went back for a second time with my daughter and she gets sick .It’s definitely the restaurant.Also the food was horrible this time and a African American cashier who had an attitude and was completely rude .That was my last time stepping foot in that place .I do not recommend .

The staff was very friendly and proffesional, the food was as good as white castle can be.
