Shake Shack Staten Island Mall (new Springville)

That's the worst shake hack I've ever had. the service is super slow, lasted 25 for 2 burgers and a shake. my table was dirty, so I had to clean it myself. they have a cleaner but instead of cleaning, it brings food to the table with the same dirty gloves that he used to clean the garage, bathroom and tables. simply disgusting is the bathroom, the floors and tables. dozens of flying sway around the dining room. they see they are more concentrated on taking out GrubHub/Uber then eat in store customers.

Good ambience. Disappointed though they didn't have the hibiscus drink that they have in the menu

Something about these artery cloggers that we just love so much. Very busy during dinner hours at this store. Order at least 15 minutes prior to pick-up.

It was super cold in here. Nice and clean with sanitizing stations around. Tried out their summerades. Watermelon mint mojito and the lime agave margarita. It was alright. Expected better.

Food was good, although slightly expensive. The fried chicken burger was ok, I still think the other competitors are better as although it was crunchy, the chicken isn't as well seasoned and the sauce isn't as good. That being said, their frozen custard/milk shakes are good.
