Qdoba Mexican Eats - Staten Island

I paid around $9.00 for what I received, and the staff were quite unfriendly. They didn’t even offer me tortillas. I've already reached out to corporate about my experience at Qdoba in Woodrow Plaza. Clearly, the workers need proper training!

I don?t even know where to begin. I wish I could give it -10 stars. Drink fountain out of just about everything. Every single table outside was completely trashed with garbage and chairs thrown around. This location has really gone down hill. I would assume only a matter of time until it?s gone.

I placed my order an hour in advance to pick it up at 6:30, but ended up waiting an additional 30 minutes because they lost my order. No one could explain why my order wasn’t ready on time, nor did anyone offer an apology for the delay. It felt like the staff didn’t care about the issue at all. I understand that mistakes happen, but it’s important to learn how to address and resolve these situations. Ignoring your customers while acting busy with others is not acceptable. I am truly disappointed.

I ordered a bowl through Uber Eats, and when it arrived, it was entirely different from what I had requested. They didn't include any of the toppings I chose; it was just rice, meat, and beans with some sauce. How can you forget to include ALL the toppings?!

Ordered from Door dash and it was made quick and delivered to me in record timing. I know alot of people complain about this place but not me I am a huge fan they are always kind and courtesy is always extended when I walk in so Bravo to the staff I appreciate yall very much ????????????????????????????????????
