Pacific Kitchen - Staten Island

I have been getting takeout from this place for years. I am not sure what happened, but the food quality has gotten really bad. The chicken is chewy and the pork is really fatty. I am finished with this restaurant. I work too hard for my money to waste it on bad food. I will not be returning. We ordered sesame chicken and happy family for $34.

I have been ordering takeout from this restaurant for years. It has always been consistently tasty and ready on time. The prices are reasonable and the front desk staff is friendly and efficient. However, the last two times I ordered, unfortunately, the food was lacking in flavor. The oil used in the preparation of the dishes seemed either reused or rancid. My recent order of Seafood Delight was bland and required salt, which I have never had to add to Chinese food before. The white sauce was tasteless and the "lobster" was chewy. The only thing we still enjoy from this restaurant is the boneless pork ribs. As a once loyal customer, I hope they read this review and address these issues. The restaurant offers plenty of vegetarian options, but parking can be difficult due to a nearby busy strip mall.

This local spot is fantastic. You can choose to either get takeout or dine in. The staff is very friendly.

The service was great, very clean. The food is the best I have ever had. Very clean. Love the food. It was very fresh.
