I often order from this restaurant. Unfortunately, my meal was cold, hard, and overall disgusting. I called to express my disappointment, as I had never encountered such issues before despite paying $50 plus a $10 tip. Surprisingly, the staff gave me a bad attitude, despite being a loyal customer whose number and name they know. I found the entire experience unpleasant and have decided not to order from them again. Even the two-liter soda I received was hot, not just warm or lukewarm. They also refused to refund my money, even though I offered to return the food. None of the dishes were fresh; the wontons and egg rolls were as hard as rocks, the rice was old and soaked in oil, and the vegetables seemed at least a day old.

The food at this restaurant is great and reasonably priced. I highly recommend the chicken and broccoli dish. The lady who works there is always friendly and happy to help.

Ordering for pickup by phone is pointless at this restaurant. Even if you place your order an hour in advance, they only start cooking it once you arrive. I have experienced this more than 30 times and each time the service remains consistently slow.
