Mother Mousse - Staten Island

I was extremely pleased with how the cake turned out. I ordered a red velvet elephant cake for a baby shower, and it was fantastic. The cake was fresh and fluffy, and everyone loved it—there wasn't a single dessert left! I will definitely be a lifelong customer. I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to Lori and the team at Mother Mousse for the wonderful cake they created for our Baseball Reunion. Not only was it visually stunning, but it was also fresh and absolutely delicious. Everyone was impressed and thoroughly enjoyed it!

This is my favorite bakery for any special occasion. I've ordered custom cakes and cookies twice—once for a baby shower and once for a birthday—and they did an amazing job both times. Everything was delicious! They never let me down. Those little mini dessert cups are absolutely to die for!

Ordered a red velvet cake for daughters birthday. Was inedible by all dense with thick globs of cream cheese filling the worst cake ever. I can't imagine how this bakery operates for this many years. Very upsetting we could not enjoy the cake on her birthday.

Can’t say enough about this cake we ordered for my daughters 2nd Birthday. We had a Goodnight Moon theme and they knocked it out of the park. Everyone was blown away by the cake. It was delicious and they were able to bring our idea to life. Great staff, can’t recommend them enough.
