Mcdonald's - Staten Island

Some days some employees are better than others, but overall a good place food: 4/5

I am a breakfast customer 2-3 times a week. The staff is hard working and polite, and the coffee is delicious. The food is good, and the dining area and tables are always being cleaned. My only issue is with the electronic kiosks that are provided for self service. All four (4) machines need a software tuneup. Sometimes a receipt is provided, sometimes not. The system, (when working properly), allows you to enter a number for table service, but often the transaction is complete before you can use the keypad. I gently mentioned this to a supervisor, but all I got was a blank look from her. These are easy problems to correct that would eliminate a great deal of frustration.

I ordered a fish sandwich and bread and fish was old. The bread was just falling apart because it’s old and the fish color because the oil is old as hell the fish was freaking brown color. SHAME ON MC DONALDS ?

The quality of the food is poor.Sluppy sandwiches, unpleasant crew , dirty.No management around.Unfortunately can 't rate it as minus -5

The employees are so rude. They don'tgreet customers properly or at all. In the drive through they don't ask if you want or need sauce and literally just close the window in your face after handing you your bag without uttering a word. The other day I was here and there were atleast 4 employees hanging out in the payment window on their phones laughing and have a great time while the line was ridiculous. Shameful these are the people they hire. Poor management.
