Mcdonald's - Staten Island

The line for this place. we waited an hour in the line! the staff was very nice, but most of the time sat on their phones only.

I love mcdonalds, but their prizes go up. but your quality sucks. fries over cooked, but cold when they get them. my overpriced fish fillet had a roll that was hard and unpredictable. article missing from the bag is now the norm. this place gives the name a black eye. I feel bad at night mgmt and better worker would help.$10 plus dollar for a superb big mac with micromeat cold pommes and a soda with 80% eis. is a sweat. wake up!

The prices are up from 11/2022. that does not make fast eating even worth it. mcdonald was good because it was cheap. It's not now. a big mac meal is $11. they can drown in big macs for everything I care about. not back to mcds. this situation is typical. the dining room is large and welcoming when you can find a clean table to sit. eating is typical. maybe 7 out of 10 times. the drive thru makes them move forward to lead her to eat so that they can fulfill her pay. when they park in the partie and the drive thru has a line, they are locked up until they can negotiate a curse with a vehicle on the line.$42 for me and 2 children and I did not even have a full meal. may not recommend mcdonald’s if they are more than one person.

Very clean inside, and it was recently renovated. Seems Luke someone is always on the floor keeping it tidy. A few times we’ve had issues (It happens everywhere) with our order and they fixed it with no problem. The drive thru line gets a little long at times but they actually move pretty quickly.

The food was very fresh and it didn't take long to get my order.
