Heartland Kosher Bagels - Staten Island

Great bagels and muffins. The French toast Supreme is great!

I could eat their whitefish bagel sandwiches everyday. One of my favorite bagel shops on the island.

The worst Bacon, egg and cheese of my life. I can’t believe how they have such good reviews, customer service is not good at all.

I’m sure they are good. Not actually kosher though, not a legit hechsher. Closest kosher bagels are probably Brooklyn/Jersey. This place is more kosher-style.

Best bagels the customer service is a shame. It’s a mix of kids and older women all w not the friendliest attitudes and they just don’t care. My order will often be slightly off from what I ordered, somethings missing, something I didn’t ask for was added, etc. The employees need more training and resources, probably more coverage too.
