Dunkin' - Staten Island

I've visited this restaurant three times, and each time they've been out of the bacon cheddar bites. This wouldn't have bothered me so much if they hadn't kept them on the menu. Instead, they offered me the spinach bites without informing me, which I didn't want at all!

This is one of the best Dunkin' Donuts on Staten Island. The coffee is always served hot, and the donuts are consistently fresh. The staff is also noteworthy—extremely friendly and courteous.

Not open 24 hours. The staff closes the door and doesn't even bother to open the window after 10 PM.

I visited Dunkin' to take advantage of their national free donuts for Veterans promotion, as I am a veteran myself. When we inquired about it, the employees seemed dismissive and looked at us as if we were unreasonable. They claimed they hadn’t been informed about the promotion. Although it was frustrating, we took the time to explain the situation and asked them to check with management to see if their location was participating. Instead of assisting us, they questioned, "Do you really want us to get our manager for that?" I replied that they didn’t need to bring the manager—it would just be helpful if they could ask. Unfortunately, they refused to do so, and we decided to leave calmly. I’m sharing this review not because of the donut I didn’t get, but because of the rude attitude and behavior we encountered. It wouldn’t have hurt to simply ask. I hope they can improve their customer service moving forward.

Ahmed and the young lady he's currently working with (I apologize for not catching her name) delivered outstanding customer service to me and the other patrons during my visit. They were professional, friendly, courteous, and prompt. My breakfast sandwich was hot and fresh, and my iced coffee was made just the way I like it. As a result, I really enjoyed my breakfast this morning. Keep up the great work!
