Never closes at 11. It?s 10:24 rn and it?s closed. Change the time.

At night, there are two indian or pakistani young men in their 20s who never provide me service. for weeks. they always say their sandwich oven is broken. so i go to the restaurant nearby. later on, i see customers leave this store with what looklike sandwiches. these two guys always say they don't have matcha. they sometimes say the have to shut down the ovens.....even an hour or more before closing!! if you check cameras, you'll see a chinese guy (me) around this time always leavingunhappy. they never want to sell me anything the next day, with different staff, the oven seeems to work miraculously. i'llask you to check videos. or please investigate or please ask them to make the sandwiches or drinks i would like to buy fromyour store when i am hungry or thirsty. i'm not sure if they're treating me this way because i am asian. but they never seemto want to work not sure if racism is involved from these two guys. thank you in advance for please looking into

This location used to be quick and efficient. There was hardly anyone in the store—only one or two people coming in for pickups—and it took over 15 minutes to prepare four simple wraps. They overheard my complaints and didn't even bother to apologize. When my order was finally ready, the man behind the counter just slammed it down without saying thank you or wishing me a good day. I'm honestly appalled and won't be coming here as often anymore, which is disappointing since I live nearby.

This restaurant doesn't serve any meat, which means that, just because the owners are vegetarian, the rest of us have to be as well. I ended up having to drive to another place to get a proper breakfast because they only offer veggie bacon and veggie sausage. This isn't Dunkin', shaking my head.

I had a terrible experience with the service. DoorDash had to return twice because they didn’t provide everything I ordered.
