Dunkin' - Staten Island

There's always a few people in Dunkin Donuts. But the workers have to be the most hard working employees. If they mess up your order let them know. Just when you say what you want. Say it a couple times so there's no room for error. But for a nice cupof coffee this is your place. Just want to say thank you to the staff of DD for making the best coffee for me every morning.

This Dunkin? has gone down hill. it used to be good. The girls working are not nice not friendly and work very slow. they never make my coffee right and get mad at me when I ask if they can fix it. please be more friendly lol

I visited the restaurant on a Sunday and bought a dozen donuts around 6pm. When I opened the box an hour later, all the donuts were hard. I was disappointed and will not be returning. The donuts seemed to be from the morning and should have been thrown out instead of being sold to customers. When customers spend $20 on donuts, they expect them to be fresh. It was a mistake on my part to assume the store sells fresh donuts. I will not be visiting this place again.

I entered the restaurant around 9, but they were unable to prepare my coffee or sandwiches as their machines and grill had already been turned off and cleaned for the day. Despite purchasing several other items, they gave me a free donut to try to make up for the inconvenience. However, the donuts were stale and inedible. It was disappointing that as someone in the service industry, they were unable to provide satisfactory service.

The restaurant is clean and the staff are friendly, especially the manager. However, they lost me as a customer for good yesterday. I am a regular customer and they know me well. Yesterday, I placed an order but realized I forgot part of it when I went to pick it up. I asked one of the young girls if she could help me out by letting me order it with her and pay on the spot, rather than making me go back to the end of the long line. However, she refused and made me wait in line again. She seemed to be around 17 years old, so I didn't expect her customer service skills to be top-notch, but I was still surprised. Customer service is important to me, so I will be going to other nearby Dunkin' locations instead.
