Edgewood Tahoe - Stateline

This is a nice property but our stay was not anywhere near worth the price. Service was average at best. The views are spectacular and the property itself is very nice. It's the service that was lacking. Holiday Inn service at Four Seasons prices.

Have stayed each year at the Lodge for the ACC golf tournament. The facilities, the staff, the food each component of our stay could not be better despite the challenge of managing the large crowds and security needs. Always feels like coming home the minute we open the lobby doors upon our arrival until the sad moment we pull away. Thank you again Edgewood for another wonderful experience!!!

I felt as I was royalty from the time, I arrived through the time I left. Complementary Vallet, tour of the lobby, luggage brought up to my room, coffee in the room was AMAZING! I recommend staying at this resort.

I was actually working at Edgewood for a verity of Destination Management companies so I am familiar with Edgewood's Hotel, Dinning and Golf. I can honestly say that it is definitely in my top 3 properties in South Lake Tahoe. Everything is excellent! I just worked there for the Century Classic golf tournament. As usual they pulled it off! If you want to be on the Lake with all the trimmings. I recommend Edgewood!

We stayed here last Sunday, we checked in and the receptionist was extremely rude and told us nothing about the hotel.. no hospitality at all. However the real reason I'm writing this is my girlfriend and I got attacked by bed bugs. We were itching all night with no sleep and had red bumps the following day. I wrote general manager Brian Coughlin an email about the issue the following day and he responded by denying the issue with no refund whatsoever. We paid $1000 for the room alone. For a hotel of this caliber I expect better service and hospitality and for rooms to be eradicated of pests.
