Bidrage med feedbackI received the wrong delivery order, and when I called to report it, the person on the line was dismissive, saying that I could get a replacement the next time I visit. I asked if they could redeliver the correct order to me, but she just replied, "How can I do that?" What kind of attitude is that? To make matters worse, they set the deal to be valid for only a week, so now I have to visit in person to receive the compensation. I'm really disappointed.
Among the many options in the area, this Subway has been our favorite time and again! The staff is always friendly and efficient, ensuring our orders are prepared quickly. I highly recommend it!
Exceptional experience and service. The male who works there is not wearing a mask which urks me a little bit but I don't mind too much. Other than that they do everything well.
