Yagodin - Starovoitove

Have attempted to stay at this hotel several times whilst leaving Ukraine. Unfortunately i have failed to get accommodation there on each attempt. Last week we were told they only accept cash payment and that you must stay for a minimum of 22hrs. this is stupid, unacceptable and the place needs to be taken over by someone who can run a business and open up for people stuck at the boarder crossing. provide meals and rooms for those of us trying our best to help Ukraine in this war. When Ukraine joins the EU, this hotel with this type of service will close very quickly as no one will use it. I would not waste time and effort trying to get a room here.

The attitude is bad, especially towards the military, I do not recommend it!!! Service: 1

Minus: very tired hotel. Plus: cheap and close to the country border.
