Great fresh thai food. Went back second night ..so tasty. Very authentic thai food and very large dishes so made to share. Choo chee curry to die for.
Now called "Thai rso" but they told me that's the only change. On the recommendation of the very friendly waitress I ordered no.45 - Basil stir fry - and chose the chicken option. Described as "stir fried choice of meat with green beans, chilli, garlic, capsicum, bamboo shoots, mushroom slices and basil". So delicious!!! Very fresh ingredients with still the right amount of crunch and texture. Tender, juicy chicken and lots of it. A delicious juice to pour over my steamed rice (I had a takeaway so I could do as I pleased). I'll return in a few weeks when next in town but my problem will be whether to stick to the same delicious meal or try one of the very many other menu items.
Quite a nice lunch menu, very affordable. I had the drunken noodles, they said 20 minutes and it only took ten to get my food. The food was very tasty, I just thought that perhaps they had used a bit too much oil in cooking. Otherwise it was very good. Would love to go and try another more dishes
I think the restaurant has been rebadged to ORSO Thai. We visited on Friday night and it was very busy and immediately presented a great atmosphere. It was a little noisy and the acoustics poor but this only added to the atmosphere and the feeling of being surrounded by fellow diners enjoying themselves. I was disappointed that the duck dish was not available, but knew we were on a winner with the fish cakes entree and the red curry dishes that followed. Diners should take note that this a BYO establishment but fortunately there is a bottle shop right next door.
