Coalhouse Pizzeria - Stamford

I never miss a chance to stop at this pizza place. While it's known for its pizza, I personally can't resist their delicious paninis and often skip dessert.

Can I give six stars?? We live in Stamford and absolutely love this hidden gem. Whenever we're in the area this week, we always make sure to stop in for lunch first.

I recently tried the Sunset Pizza at this restaurant and it was incredible. I opted to switch out the goat cheese for Ricotta cheese, and it was a great choice. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the pizza came with pears, and the truffle oil added a delicious touch. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience.
