Terrible chipotle employees could care less and they never have half the food options ready manager of chipotle clearly could care less or isn’t

I pass my closet chipotle to come here. One of the workers Mrs Rhonda is AMAZING! She taught me about the rewards which I didn’t know about. Always welcomed me with a smile and even remember my favorite drink! She’s an amazing person to walk into after work! Love coming here just for her! Great person on your team. The others over low energy and she keeps the place alive! ??

Avoid the Stamford Chipotle. I have had many issues from this location, including poor service, lack of quality and incorrect product. Latest was finding a piece of avocado peel in one of the items on the order, and even worse a piece of plastic in another bowl. After repeated attempts to connect with Chipotle via their (poorly managed) app, I called their customer service at 833 860 04670 at least I was refunded for the bowl with the plastic.

The Darien location SUCKS! 8 workers all by cash register. No one manning the grill or even to start creating the bowls/wraps.Throws food into the bowl as if it was a trash can. adding toppings before I even asked for them.And had the nerve to ask me if i wanted my change? UM yes no tip for this terrible service!!!!
