I stopped by for a drink while I was staying in the village. The atmosphere was nice and friendly, and the pool table was a nice touch. The locals were welcoming, chatty, and friendly.

We stopped by this restaurant for a few drinks and were greeted warmly. There was a food vendor outside in the beer garden who served us a generous portion of pulled pork with various sauces, enough to feed two of us. The service was excellent and the location was perfect. 5 out of 5 stars!

Had a great stay, very friendly. The room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast was great and quickly served. just one thing I would suggest for the room is possibly a table so you can sit and have your tea/coffee. But overall very happy will definitely be coming back. After a long day at Alton towers, we read the reviews and results seemed promising, was able to park outaide however was unable to eat at the establishment due to them not doing food on Tuesdays! A bit annoying considering the proximity to the theme park and the amount of footfall they'd more than likely receive with a small amount of advertising. Rooms: 1
