Sandon Road Fish - Stafford

I've been going to this chip shop since the current owners was his father and Mitch was a little boy. He had carried on the traditional fish and chips since then, extending the menu. Excellent service and brilliant banter. The staff are very polite and friendly, but I hate when they close and I have to go elsewhere. Well done Sandon Road Fish Bar

We collect from here quite often. The food is always well prepared, good quantity, and friendly staff. They will also prepare food to your individual special order. For example, cod with only a little batter.

When this Fish and Chip sop first opened, it was excellent. However the quality of food has gradually deteriorated over time to the point where everything that they sell is greasy and tastes, well just not very nice. I certainly would not recommend anything from them. The last meal I had from them was a simple Chips and Peas....simple enough you would think. However the chips were both small and greasy...and some of them were even undercooked. The peas were the best part of the meal.....In summarry I threw them in the bin and will never return again. My Advice if you fancy Fish and Chips....try anywhere but here!!!!!

Best fish and chips in Stafford in my opinion.... The taste and prices are 2nd to none.... located within easy reach of the town.

Super friendly staff, great food, can’t ask for more in your local Chippy! Ordered 2 x fish and regular chips gravy. All excellent. Gravy the best you will get at a chippy.
