Mcdonald's - Stafford

We utilized the electronic terminals to place our order and had our food brought to our table. It was a fast and convenient process. The food was typical of McDonald's quality and the prices were comparable to other locations on the high street. The seating area was bright and spacious.

We have received lukewarm food twice at this McDonald's. We will not be returning. It is ridiculous to be told to park and wait for kitchen issues...so why is the food not hot?

I stopped by this McDonald's on my way back from North Wales. I ordered two double cheeseburger meals, which seemed fine at the time and tasted okay. However, the next day my wife and I both experienced severe sickness including vomiting, diarrhea, loss of appetite, and lack of energy. These symptoms were similar to those of food poisoning. Although I cannot definitively blame McDonald's without proof, this was the only meal we ate that was the same within a 24-hour period, and we both had identical negative reactions.

No waiting at this McDonald's, the staff seemed capable of serving the many customers that converged on site, food was to the usual standard.

Bog standard service station mc donalds prices higher then normal mc donalds had to use it a couple of times due to stopping at the hotel on the services couple of times i used it i found it cold rather used roadchef next to it
