Golden Stone - Stafford

DO NOT RECOMMEND!! It is absolutely vile , the food was horrid and it has no flavour what so ever. It's very greasy and it's so dry. Non of us could stomach it. By far the worst Chinese I have ever had. Please stay clear.

We have ordered from Golden Stone for around 9 years. Absolutely appalled tonight. Waited 1 hour and 50 mins for food which turned up barely Luke warm. Rang the number and was fobbed off and then was hung up on. Disgusting customer service will never order again

DON'T BOTHER AND WASTE MONEY..FIRST AND LAST TIME FROM HERENOT EVEN WORTH ONE STAR..Took over a hour to arrive food stone cold.. horribleDidn't receive everything we ordered so we was over charged for missing items,Most went in the binRangt them back just got aload of excuses..No apologies from the driver for been late .. the customer service is disgusting..And rudeNever did anything bout thereFoul mess up.

My experience at this restaurant was terrible. The customer service was appalling - it was my first time ordering from them and my order was incorrect. When I called to discuss the mistake, they disputed what we had ordered even though I had asked for the order to be read back to me for clarity. The owner was rude and unhelpful. I would not recommend this place as the food quality is poor. I suggest trying Flaming Wok in Stone instead. Businesses like this should not be allowed to operate.
