The staff were great, the food was ok but one of us had chicken which was uncooked. We sat in the children's area, for my husbands 60th , which had no atmosphere. A bit disappointing. No where did it say that because we were bringing our grandchildren that we were banished to the kids area. Price per person: £10–20 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 2

The service is fantastic and the food is delicious. We have been here a few times and each time have tried a different item from the menu. Consistency with the quality of the food is spot on. Its a very family friendly place and even when it's packed and busy the food and service are still excellent. Kid-friendliness: The staff were amazing with the kids, The kids also got to enjoy time in the wakey warehouse after we had eaten. Price per person: £20–30

Booked a meal for 11 for my grandsons birthday and specifically asked for no steps as 3 people use sticks. Table down 3 steps and food very poor. Not what we were expecting! Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
