Manahawkin Fuji72 Hibachi Sushi

Had a very good overall experience. We had a group of 8 and ate at the hibachi cooking area. The show is fun to play along with, and our chef prepared our choices perfectly. Several of us had the filet mignon, and it was very tender. My wife thought the shrimp was also very good and had good size portions.Food: 5/5

Long wait despite having a reservation. Food gets a 4/5 rating from me, the service and performance from the chef was very entertaining. They were even honest in the end with the bill. They could have charged more than they did, but rather, they brought it to our attention and corrected it.

We had an enjoyable hibachi dinner here with a very skilled and entertaining chef serving us. The food was all excellent, although the soup was a bit salty. In fact, the only flaw to the evening was that they were short on chefs that evening. So although we had reservations, we had to wait a half hour to be seated, and it took more than another half hour after we finished the soup and salad courses for the chef to come out.

Food was good. Service was efficient. The Hibachi table chef was very entertaining. Very good value.

Food was great! I ordered Beef Sukiyaki and satisfied my craving. We ordered Salmon Teriyaki bento and enjoyed it as well. I love the freshness of the Sushi.This was my first visit at this restaurant. We had to wait over 30 minutes and waited a while to get asked for our order. It was annoying to have to ask for a waitress to get our order taken. Good thing the food was good.
