Dunkin' - Stafford

Dunkin’ Donuts is a well-known restaurant that offers similar menu items at all locations. However, the service at this particular location has always been excellent and quick. The only downside is that they do not have a drive-thru option.

I visit this restaurant three times a week. Unfortunately, they often get my drink order wrong, even though it is on the menu. Today, they made my five dollar mistake again. Additionally, I left with only part of my order as they forgot to give me two donuts. When I called back to inform them of the mistake within five minutes, I was told I needed a receipt for them to do anything about it. Without proof of purchase, I couldn't get my donuts or the correct drink. The person who answered the phone, named “Hamilton”, seemed more concerned about finding the donuts I paid for but didn't receive rather than helping me. This is very frustrating as I am a regular customer who spends a lot of money here every month, and it is disappointing to encounter such ignorance when trying to rectify a problem. I have given this restaurant two stars because the food and drinks are great, but the service needs improvement. Customers who pay top dollar for menu items should receive what they order or have it remade. It is disheartening to feel deceived by a place I frequent.

The service was inexpensive. 4 tries and another worker to understand for cashier, I wanted a kakao mocha signature latte. did not understand and had to tell him while he put it in the position that it was wrong. one of the drinks was not mixed well at all. the load was not busy. it seemed like they didn't know what they were doing.

The woman ordered an ice rink and waited 10 minutes, while 4 other people got their drinks. my wife asked if she was her ice cold latte and instead of actually speaking to her the coworkers actually looked confused, mumbled and went back to make other drinks. what the devil is going on here? 5 minutes and 2 other people who get drinks, and my wife decided to go instead of making a scene. she paid for a drink she had never received, and the personal is literally as unprofessional as conceivable. Avoid loading them to all costs.

Who does not know Dunkin’ donuts? rather similar to everywhere, but the service at this site was always great, and fast. their only part not a drive-thru.
