Under new management. We went there with a family friend today. We tried their chai plus Jalebi and namak paray. Both Jalebi and namak paray were made fresh today. Jalebi was really good. Orange juice, freshly made to order. Also tries both simply Lassi and Mango Lassi. Mango Lassi is a must if you are a fan of Lassi. New owners are very friendly and they have made some really nice changes to the decoration inside and made it more friendly. If you are in the area, it is right next to the world food, very easy to reach. Try it! I went back the weekend to try their Halwa puri Nashta. Really enjoyed. Some of their fellow sharks also tried.

A must-have after the change of ownership. The best Halwa Puri and Desi breakfast in the city! The family and relatives from California to Dilpasand to Brunch. I was not here in some time, but decided to try it again, as I have heard great things since the last owner change. I have to say... it didn't disappoint! The Halwa Puri is the best in town, IMO. You make fresh, REAL puris. The Cholay are the best I had in Houston in 15 years. The Halwa is just right and the Aaloo tasty. We also tried the Paratha-Kema-Combo and the desi omelette. What really all apart is the homemade style and taste! We traveled 30 minutes for Dilpasand, and it was worth the trip.

Delicious Halwa armi, chaat, paratha and much more. The new management that took over this place has done a phenomenal job. Customer service is amazing. It was a great experience. Very recommended.

Was super hungry after a busy day and wanted to fulfill snacks when we found this place with fresh menu and people.. My ears thanked me when I listened to the hustle bustle in Punjabi to make restaurant arrangements better, as it is only initial weeks supposed and when the fresh hot food arrived, it made my rest of the day! Bought jalebi large round sweet house as well, which proved to be amazing ..

New management has truly turned this place around! The mango lassi, halwa puri, and pulao are out of this world. Service is fantastic and the dining area is beautiful.
