Bull, Cock Swine - Stafford

Awesome place, got the pulled pork and was really surprised how much meat was on the sandwich. Also the flavor was good. Cole slaw side was very well portioned. Highly recommend this place. Also they had a band which just added to my good time.

I went last week for the first time. Shari was teaching line dance lessons which were awesome. I walked in knowing only a few folks. By the time I left, everyone was up talking to each other. Shari is extremely good at making sure everyone is comfortable and having fun. Service was quick and the food was excellent. The manager was more than accommodating in taking care of those who were there just for the dining and those who were dancing. By the end of dance lesson everyone in the place was up dancing. I will definately be going back next time Shari is teaching and will be inviting friends.

Menu continues to impress me. Delicious flavors of BBQ, good portions, good prices. Service has always been excellent. My go-to place. Owners have done a wonderful job with atmosphere, entertainment and overall quality.

Excellent BBQ and sides. We got BCS tacos to try the chopped brisket, chicken, and pulled pork. Really liked the chopped brisket, which had a little kick to it. All meat was tender and portions were generous, but not too large just right for lunch. Sweet tea was perfect! Reasonable prices, and very friendly staff. BCS calls themselves “Stafford’s local hole in the wall,” so that’s exactly what I expected. Those expecting a typical restaurant atmosphere will be disappointed. Look past the cosmetic stuff and focus on the food!

Excellent food! Is now our favorite BBQ joint in Stafford. We get take out multiple times each week. Staff is super friendly. We highly recommend this restaurant.
