Swiss Chalet Rotisserie & Grill

Decided to try again after many disappointing meals. The only reason to try was the new menu! What a mistake, ordered the fish and chips. The fish was about 2 inches in length, BURNT, Fritten cold. Coleslaw was about 2 teaspoons full. Had a picture. It returned for the breast of chicken, not badly noticed another pair also returned their food. This place ruins the name of the Swiss chalet!!!! Something has to be done. A good thing was the service, the lady was excellent tried her best! What we all rewarded!

Went to Harvey's/ Swis Chalet for an extradition. I was waiting for an app behind another gentleman. 10 minutes without attention from the counter. It was App 5:50 pm and the store was very busy. A gentleman came to the side takeout window and... was served by the waitress within 30 seconds, so I pulled into the side window and the same waitress asked if I wanted to put an order. I asked for a Hamburger order and she said I was in the wrong window and went away. I asked other males standing where I had to go and found the ordering process very confusing. One cartridge said this is a good place for the confusing. I left the store and went over the street to Wendie.

The Chicken and Fritten neighborhood were warm (almost cold), after a 25-minute waiting period, and they had no butter for the rolls, the roast beef portion size was Miniskule, the waitress seemed angry that she had to serve us, the Handicapped Washroom was DISGUSTINGLY DIRTY, and... the rest of the dining room was not better!!! The entire culinary experience was AWFUL!!!

The chicken was amazing. The food was freshly hot and delicious. Our server was ok she seemed overwhelmed with 4 tables though. But we will come back for the chicken

Excellent service from Zara! Food excellent as always. Been here several times and always prompt and delicious. Highly recommend.
