Mcdonald's - St. Thomas

Just when I thought I was in the clear, I looked at my bun and noticed a tiny piece of lettuce! I gasped in shock and found it hard to catch my breath. I couldn't believe it; I shook my head, trying to wrap my mind around what had just occurred. After being a loyal customer at this McDonald's for 30 years, this was the first time I've faced such an issue. I'm still processing this unfortunate experience. I don't know what else to say—take care, everyone!

We waited 20 to 30 minutes for our juice, but no one bothered to let us know that they had run out of it. In the meantime, our groceries were left sitting in our cart! It seemed like the three staff members on duty were all quite young and didn't prioritize customer service.

I overheard the manager making unflattering comments about customers, which I found quite unprofessional. I've seen this kind of behavior on several occasions, and it struck me as rather immature.

I had the best and freshest double cheeseburger I've had in years! The service was exceptional, and the burger was incredibly fresh, just like it should be!

I ordered a Bacon and Onion Double Quarter Pounder, and every bite was overly greasy—almost to the point of being excessive. The burger had very little flavor, as the grease drowned out everything else. It was a rather unpleasant experience, and all I got from the staff was an apology. I won't be ordering this again.
