Bidrage med feedbackThe staff at this restaurant were friendly and handled the situation well. However, there seems to be a problem with the management's approach to staffing. If the owners want to retain customers, they should prioritize their staffing needs.
The woman working at the Drive-Thru complained to me about having to walk to the back to get my creamer, and only did so after I insisted. This issue likely reflects the manager's priorities, not hers. I doubt the owner even knows or cares about these issues.
