Rafters - St. Simons Island

I visited Rafters on Mallory St. while on Saint Simons Island, GA. It’s a genuine local spot featuring darts and pool tables. The Tula bar is quite small, but it adds to the cozy atmosphere. Overall, a great place to relax!

I had a negative experience at this restaurant last week—my debit card information was stolen and sold. If you decide to visit, please be cautious; it was a major inconvenience for me since I was traveling and had to cancel my card.

The person at the door was rude and kicked out over 20 people for just one outside drink. If I could give it zero stars, I would! I definitely wouldn't recommend this place.

I had the best time ever! Make sure to check out the dance floor side and shout out to the amazing bartender, Kenny B. He's the inventor of the Purple Gatorade shot and can whip up any flavor you desire. He's truly one of the nicest guys you’ll ever meet on St. Simons Island, GA!

We visited this place twice during our vacation for some affordable drinks and a relaxed atmosphere, and it was just what we were looking for! It wasn’t overly crowded (we were there on a Sunday and Tuesday night, and there were about 4 or 5 pool tables available). You can even choose your own music using the TouchTunes jukebox. The bartenders were friendly and made some excellent drinks! We spent around $30 for two mixed drinks and three beers (including tip). The only minor downside is that smoking is allowed indoors, but if that doesn’t bother you, this is a fantastic spot to hang out!
