Papa Johns - St. Petersburg

The experience was wonderful, quick service and very friendly staff.

This was my first time trying Papa John's pizza and I wanted to share my experience as I am a dedicated reviewer. I decided to order the new Epic Paprika Filled Crust Pizza and when I arrived, the workers were pleasant and efficient. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained. However, when I got back to my car, I discovered that the pizza was just a cheese pizza and my child wouldn't eat it. After realizing my mistake, I called the restaurant to see if they could remake it or if I could purchase some paprika to add at home. They were incredibly understanding and assured me that they would make it right. This was my first time dining with them and I was very pleased with their customer service. They went above and beyond to satisfy me and my child. I am now a loyal customer and will continue to support their establishment. Thank you for the great service!

I was not impressed with the Parmesan crust on the papadia as it was very different from what was advertised in the commercial.

Driver called me, I missed the call. Called back twice and texted less than 2 minutes later and my order was cancelled. I called the store and they watched me call and would not answer the phone. Horrible customer service from Matthew Martin.

I've almost never had an order here that was wrong or bad the only time there was an issue was I asked for square cut and it was traditional but they offered immediately to make me a new one and to get a credit for the next time
