Fabrica Pizza - St. Petersburg

This is a great place after enjoying a beautiful walk around the inner city of st. pete. we have discovered this jewel about a year ago and it is now our way to pizza place. the pizza has fresh ingredients, the crust is exactly right and the staff is super friendly. we like to sit on the bar they watch, make their magie.

Such a hidden gem. excellent crust. not sweet sauce. weeping. we are new fans! I'm sorry I didn't think to make a photo, didn't know what to expect from such an inconvenient place.

We were vacationing in St. Pete Beach and decided to check out Fabrica Pizza in St. Pete. One of the owners took care of us, and we were impressed by how clean and cozy the place was. The concept is fantastic, and the service was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our pizza! I highly recommend it, and we love supporting small businesses. We will definitely be back!

We ordered the mushroom and Margherita pizzas, both of which were outstanding! We also sampled the meatballs and the Caprese salad, and we absolutely loved them; the salad was very good as well. The only downside was the seating area, which was quite loud and not very conducive to intimate conversations, especially for family gatherings. It's a self-service setup, but it still feels like a nice spot for a date night, albeit not the best ambiance for it. There are some parking spaces available on the street in front of the restaurant, but you might have to circle the block a few times to find a spot, as it can get busy. The restaurant is located in a vibrant part of the city, making it easy to explore other options for dessert or stroll a few streets over to Central. Overall, I highly recommend this place for a delicious, fresh pizza experience in the city!

We came across an article stating that Fabrica is among the 50 best restaurants in the U.S., according to an anonymous Italian food review organization. Intrigued, we decided to visit for lunch. The restaurant has a clean, bright atmosphere and offers a selection of wine and local craft beer on tap. The pizza and the service were absolutely incredible! We’ll definitely be returning...again and again.
