Dunkin' - St. Petersburg

Terrible in the morning. It's like they don't mix the latte they taste. I'm asking for a sweet tea and ice cream of black coffee. Come now completely Roman.

Full nightmare. Waited 20 minutes to hand over three complete monstrosities. I don't even know what they did to them, but the coffee is completely useless. Fire the whole crew and start.

Slow and sloppy. On 10/11/2020 @12:57. A hot latte... got a cup of warm milk and sugar. I was pressed for the time to come back on the highway and didn't know until I was a few exits. It took 7 minutes to get a wrong drink after the order. A complete waste of time and money. People work there right now, they're probably bad. I didn't deliver a receipt either.

I didn't know that I didn't ask for any cheese on a breakfast sandwich rocket science until I visited this God terrible location. Every time I order my breakfast sandwich and ask for no cheese, it always has cheese. Reading is fundamental. It's literally a cheese slice. A CHEESE SLICE, not quantum physics. Ps You want to cook the egg next time?

This morning we went through the drive to get coffee and breakfast sandwiches and when the woman went to take our order she didn?t actually take it and started bickering with another employee with the speaker on. When our order was actually taken we drove up to pay and got our food. The hash brown bags were in the big bag but were actually empty. It was pretty hysterical someone would go through the process of putting the little bags in empty. Since so many luxury apartments are being built across the street maybe some new customer service classes should be put in the works. South st pete doesn?t have much, lets at least make one of the nicer fast foods here better.
