Checkers Restsurant - St. Petersburg

That is by far the worst place. the cashiers are rude, they don't even get their order right and talk to them in slang and not really English. they have the worst customer service of all time. the manager pretends to be afraid to tell his associates how to manate.

I stopped by this restaurant for the fish sandwich, which I found to be twice as tasty and half the cost compared to the one next door. The other menu items were average at best, resembling typical drive-thru food.

We didn't expect anything great from checkers than we've never had one of the northeast. the burgers are really good, the pommes are O.K (not great) but good. her island coolata drink is incredibly refreshing. there are no inside seats either in the car or outside where there are some tables. the service was excellent, friendly and courteous staff.

Get ready to wait, as this restaurant is quite slow even when it's not busy. They seem to prioritize the drive-thru over the walk-up window.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The marquee sign advertised $2 cheeseburgers and $1.99 spicy chicken, but when I checked my receipt, I was overcharged for a large fry. The employee acknowledged the mistake but only offered more food instead of a refund. The burger I ordered was also made incorrectly. I later passed another Checkers that had the same menu items on sale for 2 for $2. Overall, while Checkers offers cheap food, be sure to double check your receipts for accuracy. Despite the issues, I still enjoy the $1.99 chicken bites box. Additionally, the restaurant did not correct their pricing error on the marquee board even after I brought it to their attention.
