Checkers - St. Petersburg

The automatic tuning they enter is bad. my sandwich never comes out as I want it, because I'm asking for heavy, all kind, who don't understand me. I complained to lead me, but they do it one day and the next thing they forget. I just stopped eating here. it's always a loss. I suggest they go somewhere else because this place is a sweat. the manager is also a sweat.

I've been the worst. my burger and chicken sandwiches, where all were dried almost like a bark silk. never again the only thing that was good were the pommes, and it took so long to get my food, and it wasn't even fresh or good I did not recommend. they need a whole new staff.

Asked for a fish got a spicy chicken. New icecream very nasty taste like medicine so no more strawberry ice-cream for me and also checker burger mest has changed and disgusting!!

The manager was so rude— she didn’t even let us finish saying our order. She kept cutting us off and yelling at us that she already had gotten our order. Absolutely zero customer service skills

This was the slowest worst experience with fast food ever. Not only did they have an automated order take, but they botched the order and we waited in line for over 40 minutes with only 3 cars in front of us. Horrible experience.
