Burgerfi - St. Petersburg

The prices of the food were exorbitant, the fries were so burnt that they were inedible, the onion rings were undercooked, and the drink machine only had Fanta available. Additionally, a staff member was seen wiping her nose on her wrist above her gloves, and our order had to be repeated numerous times due to the employee's distraction with their phone. We spent over $100 and ended up throwing away over half of the food. This was a terrible dining experience.

This restaurant serves some of the best burgers you will ever taste. We usually go for the double Angus cheeseburger with fries, which are freshly cooked to order. They offer a selection of alcoholic beverages as well as soft drinks. The food quality is top-notch. The price of the burger is on the higher side, but it may be due to the high-quality meat they use.

My boyfriend and I always make sure to go to BurgerFi every Friday if we can because the food is just that good! Their quick service burgers are really delicious. However, I have to mention that the service can be quite inconsistent. Sometimes we have a great experience and get exactly what we ordered, but more often than not we find that condiments we paid for are missing, we receive plain fries instead of truffle fries, or we get only a small handful of fries that seem to be leftovers from the bottom of the basket. We've learned to always double check our order before leaving because it's likely that something will be wrong, like receiving plain fries instead of truffle fries.

I don 't recommend this place. The best I can say for it is that it is clean, and they have beer on tap. The problems were legion: 1) SLOW SERVICE. I understand that it takes time to make a burger, but 30 minutes?? And when my order was finally ready, I watched the counter worker leave it to cool for another 5 minutes before I said, HEY!, and asked her to hand it to me. 2) The burgers are OK, but nothing to write home about. The only kind they have are double patties, and with many adding lettuce, tomatoe, pickles, etc. is not an option. They have a veggie burger and a chicken sandwich, but I won 't be trying those out. 3) Side dishes? Fries and onion rings that 's it. I 'm hard pressed to come up with a reason (other than beer) to go here instead of Burger King or Wendy 's. Even people who ordered online were waiting forever for their orders. This is a hard pass.
