Their tofu salat and early roll are amazing. best tofu I ever had .. and I had a lot!

The tofu spring rolls and tofu fresh rolls are both absolutely delicious. The pho here is my private addiction. It has mushrooms, broccoli, carrots, tomatoes, and all the yummy sides you could possibly hope for. The vegan bahn mi is also spectacular!

While they do serve meat, La V 's menu has a large vegetarian section titled Dearest Vegetarian, all of which is vegan if you do not get egg. I love the tofu fresh rolls!

Really nice atmosphere, great staff, tofu noodle bowl was really good.
